The Referendum Commission is an independent body that explains the subject matter of Irish referendums. 

We were tasked with informing the public that Refcom are the best source of information about upcoming referendums as they remain neutral and impartial.

For a pitch, we created a minimalistic, punchy campaign, separating Refcom from the world of opinionated information available.
